-Used Return Policy-
At Days Past Games, we clean and test all of our used products to the best of our abilities. If for any reason any used product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for an identical item within 14 days of you receiving the product. If an identical item is not available, then store credit will be issued. Sorry, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances for our used products.
-New Product Return Policy-
New games and accessories are returnable within 14 days of purchase only if unopened. We can't do refunds for games or accessories that have been opened. If you have a new game or accessory that you would like to return and it is unopened please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
In the event that you receive a defective item from us, please email us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org . If something does need to be exchanged, you will need to ship it back to us at:

Once we receive and test the product to verify the issue we will replace it with an identical item and ship it back to you. If no identical replacement can be found, then we will offer store credit towards a future purchase.
